Overview
KKday is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition efforts at group level.
This position will play a critical role in developing a strong talent pipeline to support KKday's growth and long-term success.
In This Role, You'll Get To
- Collaborate directly with KKday senior leaders, providing talent and recruitment insights, influencing them on the shape and footprint of the organization
- Develop strategies to attract, at scale, the best talent to achieve KKday objectives, using data-driven insights and experimentation
- Lead TA team to align with the business goals and develop best TA practices across hiring
- Develop TA team to grow to be valuable business partners and to innovate within their scope of work
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in leadership recruitment, ideally within the OTA, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Proven experience in developing and managing leadership pipelines, talent strategies and Tech recruitment is highly preferred.
- Strong network and knowledge of recruitment agencies, search firms, and in-house recruitment strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with senior leadership and external partners.
