This role is a sales/account management role. Experience in OTA/ Hotel is highly preferred.
In this Role, you'll get to:
* Develop and lead a team of Market Managers and Market Executives; support the team to implement business strategies and gain a deep understanding of the client's needs and what they expect from Trip.com Group
* Provide constant feedback and support to your team members and to hold regular meetings, 1-on-1s, performance and appraisal reviews
* Accurately diagnose known and unknown partner business needs and you will collaborate with other teams like Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, Supply and Site Optimization
* Commercial strategic planning, based on Trip.com's Group big data, to maximize accommodation availability, pricing and content
* Conduct quarterly commercial plans and strategies for the teams, ensuring the target is delivered timely
* Constant feedback to HQ regarding to the market insights, competitor information, performance, system and product issues
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all key partners while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships
* Renegotiate and renew contracts with partners to develop mutually beneficial deals for both Trip.com group and the partner
What you'll Need to Succeed:
* Bachelor's degree or above, at least 8 years of experience in reputable companies (OTA, TMC, Hospitality, online e-Commerce, consulting Industry) with a proven track record
* Strong problem-solving skills with logical mindset
* Strong coaching, negotiation and influencing skills
* Highly collaborative style, with ability to navigate a complex and matrixed organizing to deliver the impact strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
* Result and Data driven with a strong analytical skill
* Hungry for success but humble
* Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint and any other related software to help day to day operations
* Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin
