The Senior Downstream Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive commercial success for the company products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the market strategy and positioning of our products to drive revenue growth and market share.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth for our products.
- Collaborate with Upstream Marketing, Product Management, and Commercial teams to develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for our products.
- Lead the development of marketing materials, including sales tools, brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support business development efforts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales trends, market share, and customer feedback, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and advocacy groups to build brand awareness and drive thought leadership in the healthcare industry.
- Mange marketing budget allocation and ensure optimal resource utilization to achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in downstream marketing or product management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
