Develop and execute award-winning and impactful marketing initiatives and lead product developments for assigned routes to:
a) achieve target load factor and revenue
b) improve customer service and satisfaction
Lead and manage internal and external relationships with different stakeholders
Work closely with cross-departmental, including local and regional, teams such as Communications, Social Media, Branding and Creatives, Operations etc. for marketing executions
Build strong partnerships with brands, companies, and government units, and agencies
Analyze and use data and market insights to guide business decisions and recommendations
Manage route budget and P&L
Support platform marketing to drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention in partnership with CRM, Digital, and loyalty rewards team
Requirements
Must have 3-5 years work experience in Marketing or anything related to Business Administration, Product Development, Advertising and Public Relations
Experience in any of the following: airline, e-commerce, start-up or platform is a plus!
Strong business acumen
Relationship management and good communication skills for close coordination with internal and external partners across local and region Able to work smart
Ability to interpret raw data to useful business strategies and turn those into actionable insights
Excellent project management, organizational, time management and presentation skills
Shows potential to lead a team in a fast-growing and changing environment
Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment
