Responsibilities
1. Targeting the countries and regions of Korea and Taiwan, responsible for formulating and implementing the overall marketing strategy of the project in Korea and Taiwan, including market research, brand promotion, event planning, etc., to enhance the project's popularity and market share in the local market 2. In-depth understanding of local culture and market trends, combined with the company's business goals and product characteristics, formulate targeted marketing plans, and ensure the effective implementation and continuous optimization of the plans 3. Responsible for formulating product marketing goals in South Korea and Taiwan, organizing and planning marketing activities and executing them to ensure the smooth implementation of the activities and achieve the expected results. At the same time, evaluate and analyze the results of the activities to provide experience reference for subsequent activities 4. Monitor and analyze market data and marketing indicators in South Korea and Taiwan, and adjust marketing strategies and plans based on data analysis results to achieve the project's local business growth goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, advertising and media is preferred 2. More than 5 years of marketing experience in South Korea and Taiwan, experience in Internet games or related industries is preferred 3. Experienced ACG game player, with a strong interest and in-depth understanding of games, animation, and ACG culture, unique insights into the ACG game culture and representative circles of Japan and South Korea, and a clear understanding of the connotation, values and audience groups of ACG culture 4. Proficient in Japanese/Korean, familiar with the market environment and cultural customs of South Korea and Taiwan, with keen market insight and analytical ability 5. Have rich marketing channel resources and a good network of interpersonal relationships, strong market development and business negotiation capabilities, strong sense of innovation and stress resistance, and be able to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment and work pressure 6. Familiar with the development trends of the game industry, the characteristics and gameplay of popular game products, and those with successful marketing cases and project experience are preferred.
