Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall strategic planning and implementation of instant retail business marketing activities according to business objectives, linking the industry, integrating venues, usage, products, influencers and other resources to ensure that the activity objectives are achieved 2. Responsible for managing the entire chain of marketing activities, including budget planning, goal setting and decomposition, user insight analysis, supply sorting, resource integration, project management, and project review able to abstract and precipitate common activity strategies and insights to help achieve business goals 3. Build a core marketing indicator system, conduct business analysis and problem diagnosis regularly, produce feasible strategic suggestions, and support the achievement of business goals 4. Deeply disassemble the industry and development drivers, understand the industry, category, merchant, and product structure, identify the key issues and bottlenecks of industry strategies, and output special reports and strategies 5. Work closely with the talent operation, product team, user growth, field and other teams to improve the efficiency of instant retail content distribution through marketing activities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of operation experience, experience in organizing e-commerce projects (Double Eleven, 618, New Year Festival, etc.) and serving as the general manager is preferred, and those who have worked in the food and fresh food industry and consulting related backgrounds are preferred 2. Data-oriented, priority analysis ability, able to locate problems based on data and propose solutions 3. Good communication skills and cross-team collaboration skills 4. Clear logic, strong execution ability and self-drive, strong pressure resistance, and innovation ability.
