As Senior Media Specialist, you will be the key contributor in TW SK-II media, e-commerce related project, driving business growth and success via strong planning and execution with data-driven approach to achieve optimization.
YOUR ROLE
Brand & performance marketing project execution
- Summarize media operation process, tactic, material guidance, touchpoint principle and best practice
- New media solution and pilot management and execution with different parties (e.g., media agency, vendor, channels and brand team)
- Connect with external parties to download latest market trends, media solution and inspirational cases
P&G overall EC media performance review and monitoring
- Responsible for compiling and drawing insights from data, media reporting and business results
- Propose media recommendation, action plans or identify opportunities with media agency and channels
- Media agency governance on timely report, review process, data accuracy and capability enabling
EC campaign management and content development
- Partner with channels, sales and brand team to develop cross brand campaign idea and content
- Manage campaign execution and timeline (e.g., material submission, content creation, copy writing)
Media operations and stewardship processes
- Manage local market media operations processes (e.g. media annual PO, media savings)
- Assist in media-related stewardship processes (e.g. quarterly sample checks, annual CSA)

Qualification Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing/ media in the FMCG/consumer goods industry or related service industries.
- Proven experience in managing media plan, e-commerce digital plans
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of delivering outstanding results, exceeding targets, and a strong focus on governance and productivity.
- Strong collaborative skills, agility and sense of responsibility, with analytical thinking, and a passion for driving productivity.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and demanding environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
