Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of Douyin e-commerce instant retail merchant products, design merchant platform products for small and medium-sized merchants, help small and medium-sized merchants achieve self-service cold start and business growth, and be responsible for the active business, improved business results and product usage experience of merchants 2. Deeply understand the differences in business models of merchants in different industries (supermarkets/fresh food/3C, etc.), abstract and expand based on general capabilities, and provide efficient solutions around merchant entry, growth traction, and business management 3. In key projects, overall output of merchant systematic solutions, jointly promote the implementation of multi-product domains such as platforms, commodities, finance, and orders, and self-drive to identify problems through research, data analysis, and other methods to continuously optimize and iterate.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet merchant backend and business strategy products, with e-commerce & instant retail merchant growth/growth direction product experience preferred 2. Have good complex product system architecture capabilities, good product abstraction, data insight and systematic design capabilities 3. Excellent user experience awareness, accustomed to polishing user experience, strong goal orientation 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-driving ability, and can efficiently collaborate with a team of diverse backgrounds to achieve goals together.
