Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of instant retail business merchants, responsible for the business scale and quality of merchants on the platform 2. Create benchmark cases in different industries, accumulate operational work methods or experience, and provide effective guidance to merchants in product selection, marketing and traffic growth to improve operational efficiency 3. Establish a merchant stratification system, formulate differentiated operation and growth plans for merchants at different levels, and continuously optimize the merchant structure and build a merchant operation data monitoring system to carry out data monitoring and analysis, and promptly discover and solve problems 4. Actively go deep into the front line, understand the demands of merchants, summarize feasible products and operation plans through research and analysis, integrate horizontal resources, and solve problems systematically 5. Pay attention to market changes, make effective analysis and strategic responses, and explore new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of Internet operation experience, those with e-commerce and O2O merchant operation experience are preferred 2. Able to go deep into the business and find problems and opportunities, good at formulating strategies, and coordinating with relevant parties to promote implementation and get results 3. Have a good understanding of merchants, categories and content marketing have good data analysis skills, and use data to guide the achievement of operational goals 4. Have good communication and collaboration skills, can efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams, and promote operations to move forward 5. Strong learning ability, good stress resistance and self-drive, and teamwork spirit.
