Job Description

Position Overview:

The Organization Development Manager will lead a dedicated team within the Center of Excellence (COE) to design and implement global Organization Development (OD) programs and initiatives. This role is critical in driving change, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring that the company's organizational structure and culture align with its strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in organizational development principles and demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with HR partners, cross-functional HR teams, and Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Organization Development Team:
  • Manage a team responsible for designing and implementing global OD programs. Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to deliver high-impact results.

2.Design and Implement OD Programs:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of OD initiatives that support global business strategies, including organizational change, culture transformation, leadership development, and talent development.

3.Engage with HR Partners and Stakeholders:

  • Collaborate closely with HR partners and other HR team members across various functions to align OD programs with the broader HR strategy. Ensure that OD initiatives are effectively integrated into the overall HR framework.

4.Collaborate with Senior Leadership:

  • Work directly with senior leadership to gain their support and endorsement for OD initiatives. Communicate the value and impact of OD programs to ensure they are prioritized within the organization's strategic plans.

5.Drive Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead efforts to continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of OD programs. Utilize data-driven insights and feedback to refine strategies and achieve optimal organizational outcomes.

6.Support Global Implementation:

  • Ensure the consistent and effective implementation of OD initiatives across all regions. Address any country- or region-specific challenges and adapt programs to meet diverse cultural and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or a related field, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role. Global experience in OD is highly desirable.

  • Expertise:

Deep knowledge of organizational development principles, including change management, culture transformation, leadership development, and talent management. Proven ability to design and implement impactful OD programs.

  • Leadership:

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional and multicultural teams.

  • Communication:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with HR partners, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders. Strong ability to influence and drive consensus.

  • Project Management:

Proficient in planning, executing, and managing complex OD projects on a global scale. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

  • Cultural Competency:

Ability to work effectively in a global environment, understanding and respecting diverse cultural perspectives and business practices.

  • Language Proficiency:

Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms. Additional language skills are a plus.
