Work independently to handle low to medium value purchases for the procurement of IT hardware, software, turnkey solutions and associate consultancy services
Liaise with user departments and provide advice on needs identification and requirement specifications
Conduct market research and sourcing activities
Proactively work with user departments to prepare tender documents and contract documents
Develop best fit procurement and contracting strategies in line with established procurement policy and procedures
Ensure the procurement activities are implemented which are fully compliant with corporate procurement policy and procedures
Assist supervisors to manage the tendering process for high value purchases
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration or Procurement, Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
Professional qualification on procurement is an added advantage
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in sizable organization
Experience in WTO GPA tender would be an advantage
Knowledge in using EPR system e.g. Oracle Financial / Procurement System would be an advantage
Good analytic skill, communication, Interpersonal and negotiation skills with positive attitude
Able to work independently and good team player
High level of integrity and sense of accountability
Good spoken and written English and Chinese and proficiency In Putonghua High level of integrity and accountability
Proficient in MS Office application, with knowledge of Power Bl will be an advantage
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
