Provide leasing support including market research, pre-marketing exercise, meeting with retailers, etc. to build a high quality retail portfolio in Terminal 2
Responsible for the tender process including preparation of documents and evaluation support
Handle fit-out works coordination including permit application, design submission, liaison with internal departments and site inspection, etc.
Perform daily retail management duties including contract administration, monitoring of licensees business performance, shop inspection, preparation of reports and other retail portfolio administrative tasks
Perform any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines
At least 3 years relevant experience in leasing and property management industry with sizeable organizations
Candidate with experience in the retail business is an advantage
A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
