This role is responsible for collaborating with business leaders to develop and drive commercial strategy on the EP Business, capturing insight of the eco-system dynamics to enable growth in a sustainable way. This role works closely with the EP team and alliance partners to facilitate BD strategy development, lead commercial strategy transformation and evolvement to maximize growth opportunities and keep improving both productivity and competitive advantage. This role is expected to support the PMO & Operation Excellence Lead on EP related critical initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enable sustainable growth and transformation of EP business
- Manage and execute the routine and ad-hoc order processes to secure business as-usual
- Utilize process improvement methodologies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency, make the adjustment/proposals as needed
- Coordinate with Finance Team to control the budget cycles and resource maximization
- Work with BAI Team to generate insights based on data analytics and develop dashboards to track performance and execution progress
- Develop anticipating & mitigation management toolset and controls to mitigate any potential risks on the EP business
- Support PMO & Operation Excellence Lead to ensure optimal resource allocation within EP business through guideline design and monitoring Rebalance resource allocation across strategic priorities and business functions accordingly
- Monitor and manage the key EPprojects, ensuring they are delivered well-within the timeline, scope and budget
- Collect feedbacks from cross-functional teams within and across BUs/functions to continuously improve theEPoperations, solutions, and processes
- Act as a liaison between the BU, cross-functional team, and external partners
- Strong problem-solving skills
- 8+ years in Operations, Strategy, Business Planning, with a strong emphasis on project management and operational roles
- Proven experience in the China pharmaceutical industry, particularly within MNCs
-Proven influencing capabilities with analytical results
- Understanding of market dynamics and fast learning capability around industry policies
