Perform real-time monitoring of operational systems, facilities, and fixtures in Landside responsible areas, such as the Ground Transportation Centre, SkyPier Terminal, and airport roads (including worksite monitoring and on-site liaison for projects like 3RS and SKYClTY). Take appropriate actions to ensure smooth operations. Operational systems include Marine Radio, TCSS, SPMV, PlMS, AIS, IVRS, FRS, TIMES, GICA
Monitor the performance of service contractors in road management, in-terminal and landside cleaning, car park management, taxi station management, anti-touting, SkyPier baggage handling, and tax refund. Conduct performance audits to ensure that required service standards are met
Monitor the operations of business partners and transport operators, such as the AEL, taxi services, public buses, hotel coaches, hotel limousines, and cross-boundary land and sea transport operators, to ensure smooth operations
Attend to accidents, incidents, and fault reports, and coordinate with external and internal parties for assistance, remedial actions, and solutions
Liaise and coordinate with service contractors for road management, in-terminal and landside cleaning, car park management, taxi station management, anti-touting, SkyPier Terminal baggage handling, and tax refund.
Enforce AA Bylaws, conduct on-scene investigations, and prepare incident/accident reports for necessary managementactions
Assist the Duty AM in training new joiners and lead them to work independently
Act as the Duty AM on-scene to deal with concerned parties, such as AWE mega events and major incidents
Prepare daily logs and incident reports for the Duty AM on a daily basis
Act as a bridge between the Duty AM and ADM to facilitate better communication for daily operations
Requirements:
Bachelors degree holder in aviation, logistics business administration, transportation, or related disciplines with 3 years working experience in operational related areas.Associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 6 years relevant work experience, or secondary education level with 8 years of relevant working experience
Possess valid HK driving license class 1 and class 2
Good team player, detail-orientated, enthusiastic and self-motivated with good interpersonal and organization skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
