Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure service quality of contact management
Manage contractor and licensee to maintain quality standard and closely follow up with the operation team for timely ad-hoc manpower deployment.
Support in planning and implementation of ad-hoc event requests, coordination and project implementation at the airport, including operational readiness of new terminals.
Assist manager in handling license revenues and monitoring licensee performance
Analyze service data and monitor the KPI performance for various services and license management
Handle and follow up on customer enquiries, feedback and complaints
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 3 years work experience in Business Administration, Transportation, Aviation Management, Facility Management, Contract Management or related discipline, preferably in operational related area
Associate degree or higher diploma holder or advanced diploma holder with minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in airport-related, contract management or operation related will also be considered
Preferably with hands-on operation experience in airport or sizeable organizations
A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, innovative and service oriented
Strong problem solving, organization skills and able to work independently and under pressure
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in Photoshop and other relevant graphic tools
