Provide full spectrum support to Terminal Duty Teams regarding day-to-day terminal operations and staff administrative tasks
Collaborate with internal and external counterparts, specifically airlines and government departments, on terminal events, work projects, celebrity movements, drills, and exercises to ensure smooth and organized execution
Assist in the formulation and implementation of policies, operation plans, and procedures related to terminal operations
Assist in overseeing the use of public spaces, filming applications and survey requests in the terminals
Support budgetary control and service contract administration
Handle customer Inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Support in T2 and T2C operational readiness by preparing operational plans, updating documentation, and managing the procurement of operational equipment
Identify operational trends and recommend measures to enhance overall efficiency and service standards, benchmarking against industry best practices
Requirements:
Degree holder in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
Proactive with good analytical skills
Good team player with good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Good analytical and negotiation skills with a strong sense of innovation and business acumen
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
