Senior Operations Analyst

1. Have a sensitive insight into business operating indicators and operating conditions, be able to propose systematic solutions for complex scenarios, and coordinate with the implementation team to optimize the solutions 2. Collaborate with relevant business teams, use quantitative, qualitative and other methods to track effects and impacts, and continuously optimize cognition and agile iterations 3. Divide into different modules, continuously track business operations, and provide efficient and accurate information support for business leaders.

1. 5 years or more of consulting industry experience, solid professional skills (including but not limited to data analysis, report writing), able to independently undertake analytical projects 2. Excellent communication and coordination skills, good at promoting the actual implementation of projects and getting business results 3. Strong analytical ability, clear logic, innovative thinking ability and structured thinking ability, good at summarizing rules from complex phenomena 4. Strong self-drive and curiosity, passionate about participating in business and rapid growth, and able to adapt to the work rhythm.
