1. Responsible for the product operation team of Tomato Listening, and be responsible for the results of user scale and user value through strategy formulation and project implementation 2. Responsible for improving the experience and distribution efficiency of Tomato Listening audiobooks, music and other genres, and assist in improving the commercialization capabilities of the product 2. Build an efficient operation team, lead the team to carry out operations, and effectively improve team collaboration and work efficiency.

1. 5 years or more of relevant experience in Internet product operation, content operation, and user operation, able to independently manage and lead the team 2. Passionate about the content industry, able to summarize methods and teach others 3. Strong logical ability, sensitive to numbers, both business abstraction ability and promotion and implementation ability, and an extreme sense of purpose 4.
