What you'll be doing

• As our new Senior Product Designer, you'll be the architect of innovation at the forefront of an open-source project. Your role is pivotal in guiding our company-wide design process, ensuring it's logical and efficient.
• Your experience will be fundamental in tweaking and growing our design system, creating standards, components and patterns that encourage a culture of reusable and systematic design.
• You become the bridge between customer needs and our designs, creating innovative UX and visual designs that galvanise our team and excite our customers.
• From rough sketches to finely adjusted mockups, your role is to ensure our design journey is seamless and unmatched in quality. You'll create a best-in-class experience, visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces that delight our customers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and shipping software products that users love prior experience working with data-dense or AI SaaS products, product experience with visually displaying quantitative information is a plus.
• Up-to-date with 5+ years in professional Product Design or similar roles.
• Skilled in creating interactive prototypes with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc. Animation skills are a bonus.
• A portfolio that showcases a strong background of SW products that are using your research-driven and problem-solving approach and its impact.
• Early adopter of prototyping and iteration as part of continuous learning.
• Effective collaborator with product managers and engineers in a fast-paced, dynamic and somewhat intensive startup environment.
• Experienced in seamlessly transitioning work to engineers while ensuring top design quality at launch.
• A team player attitude that encourages shared responsibilities and collective efforts.
• A knack for focusing on customer insights and data, owning even the smallest details.

About the employment - EOR hiring

Worca's all-in-one platform simplifies the process of managing payroll and taxes in multiple countries where clients might not have a local entity or legal presence. As our client does not currently have a legal entity in the APAC region, they leverage Worca's HR solutions service to handle in-country labor laws and streamline the complexities of cross-border employment.

Consequently, you will be officially employed by Worca and considered an overseas personnel of our client. Worca will act as their local legal representative, providing support with international payroll, employment compliance, and tax obligations to ensure ongoing employment and labor law compliance. Our client will retain responsibility for critical aspects such as interviews, compensation approval, job content, access rights, and other decision-making processes.
