Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the iteration of B-end product functions of enterprise services, participate in the entire process of product planning, demand definition, development, testing and launch, and be responsible for the final effect of the product 2. Pay attention to product and data conditions, deeply understand user usage scenarios, explore user demand pain points, and promote continuous innovation and optimization of products 3. Collect partners needs, propose reasonable product solutions and promote implementation, and cooperate with operations and business teams to manage and plan partners product paths 4. Coordinate internal and external resources to promote the efficient operation of the entire process of product projects, ensure the quality of product launches, balance business needs, and strictly control product experience.
Qualifications
1. Have good product solution capabilities, be good at summarizing, and have clear and logical copywriting, precise wording, and rigorous structure 2. Have certain logical thinking ability, strong sense of purpose, get to the point, distinguish the primary from the secondary have clear execution strategies and paths 3. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, strong data analysis ability, good at thinking and summarizing, able to accurately understand user needs, and grasp the core of the product 4. Be passionate, proactive and have strong learning ability, have innovative ability and the spirit of courage to take responsibility, and be interested in participating in the research and development of a human resource product that reaches the industry-leading level 5. Experience in the research and development of large-scale HR systems and salary accounting systems will be added points 6. Experience in human resources, familiar with the business and system application scenarios of one or more modules of human resource planning, job system construction, employee relations, salary system/salary tax/commission calculation/social security will be added points.
