Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the iteration and experience optimization of Douyin Life Service Merchant Transaction Application products (application platform, SaaS products, etc.), including product planning, business design, and product construction promotion 2. Pay attention to merchant experience and similar products in the market, formulate product improvement plans and promote implementation to ensure merchant experience 3. Work closely with various business teams to analyze product online business data and user and operation feedback, and continuously optimize products 4. Coordinate product and internal collaboration team resources, promote the technical team to complete product technical solutions, plans and implementation, and ensure product development progress, quality and release.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Internet transaction products, with merchant transaction product background preferred 2. Excellent user experience awareness, accustomed to polishing user experience, strong goal orientation 3. Strong data sensitivity, able to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze products, online and offline processes, and guide product design through data 4. Possess business analysis and design capabilities, strong logical analysis capabilities and independent judgment 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-driving ability, and be able to independently coordinate resources to promote project implementation.
