RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
• Own the user experience on both MaiCoin and MAX from onboarding to trading.
• Align teams on a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
• Drive product development with a team of talented engineers and designers
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years experience in product management with a track record of success.
• 3+ years hands-on software/web development experience.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, logical thinking skills.
• Transform abstract problems into concrete, executable tasks.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in developing and managing trading, payment, or compliance products.
• Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
• Expertise in financial trading and other relevant financial services.
• Experience working with external partners to build software services.
• Specialization in SQL and data analysis tools.
