1. Develop and implement operational strategies for feed flow, creation page, push and in-site message to improve user engagement and creation activity 2. Analyze the user life cycle funnel, make data-driven decisions, and collaborate with the product team to optimize the overall performance of the product 3. Pay attention to key operational indicators, including user activity, retention rate, creation volume, etc., and adjust operational strategies based on analysis results 4. Regularly summarize the demands of operational strategy productization, build and implement product functions to improve operational efficiency 5. Coordinate operational/marketing resources to ensure close collaboration between product operation teams and effective promotion of core product functions to the market.

1. More than 3 years of strategic operation experience, including but not limited to user growth, content distribution and user life cycle strategy 2. Have successful experience in strategy-driven product growth, and be able to provide specific cases and results proof 3. Master SQL analysis statements and Python programming skills, strong quantitative analysis ability, and be able to disassemble solutions according to the analysis process.
