Gather business requirements of online services.
Analyze, develop and maintain process flows, use cases, UX flow, screen mockups, and other necessary to support and clearly communicate business needs and processes.
Coordinate and monitor development teams to adopt appropriate technical solutions.
Ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames, scope and quality.
Research market intelligence/trends for improving existingservices and building new ones.
Act as a mobile app administratorto manage app life cycle at Google Play, App Store, Huawei AppGallery, Pico Store.
- Monitor the stability and performance of mobile apps and websites using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and third-party analytics systems.
Degree holder in IT, Telecom or Engineering field with professional accreditation.
At least 2 years project management experience on Android and iOS App development.
3-5 years of work experience, with App development experience being an advantage.
With Sound knowledge in e-Commerce, mobile, and digital system integration.
Strong customer service sense and business acumen.
Knowledge in mobile technology and device will be an advantage.
A fast learner, good problem solving and analytical skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, multitasking, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
