Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the product operation of instant retail business, responsible for the quantity and competitiveness of platform products 2. Insight into user needs and industry trend changes, output reasonable category planning, formulate category operation strategy, be familiar with product cost pricing, and guide business supply expansion 3. Responsible for the full life cycle management of products, including new product cold start, hot product incubation and retention strategy, and optimize product dynamic sales structure 4. Responsible for the operation of large single products (such as cherries, etc.). As a project PM, you can effectively organize multiple resources such as supply, traffic, marketing, and products to promote the implementation of strategies and achieve performance growth goals. 5. Responsible for the research and implementation of commodity projects, such as user commodity preference research, new scene selection strategy, and efficiency improvement of commodity subsidies by category, etc., to precipitate commodity operation work methods or experience.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of Internet operation experience, those with e-commerce and O2O commodity operation experience are preferred 2. Able to go deep into the business and find problems and opportunities from it, good at formulating strategies, and coordinate with relevant parties to promote implementation and get results 3. Proficient in using data extraction and data organization tools, have good data analysis capabilities, and use data to guide the achievement of operational goals 4. Have good communication and collaboration skills, can efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams, and promote continuous progress of operations 5. Strong learning ability, good stress resistance and self-drive, and teamwork spirit.
