What You'll Do:
Lead with Vision: Take ownership of diverse projects, ranging from smaller builds to large-scale data center developments, ensuring each project stays on track and within budget.
Build Strong Foundations: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine project schedules, ensuring meticulous planning and execution.
Champion Efficiency: Streamline administrative processes, including material releases, invoice coding, and change order management, to optimize project workflows.
Foster Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams, acting as a trusted partner and driving successful project outcomes.
Drive Innovation: Contribute to the development of best practices and departmental standards, shaping the future of our project management approach.
What You'll Bring:
Proven Expertise: 3-10 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for experience in the electrical construction sector and data center environments.
Solid Foundation: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
Industry Acumen: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is a definite plus.
Safety First: OSHA 30-hour and CPR training are highly valued.
