ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Assist department heads in achieving department and company quality-related KPIs, and cooperate with department heads in controlling customer quality, new product quality, and process quality.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Client QA
1. Handle Customer Complaint as main contact window of product/process issues. To ensure timely resolution of customer incidents.
2. Manage site Physical Analysis activities and provide root cause analysis in association with customer quality issues resolution and prevention, especially for repeated root cause.
3. Respond customers appropriately for customer questionnaire, survey and customer specific request on quality.
4. Participate all audits as appropriate and drive all corrective and preventive actions to closure.
5. Collaborate with Global Quality on continuous improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and drive CoPQ@Client(s),PPM and TAT improvement.
NPD/NPI QA
1. Participate in product quality planning at the initial stage of new product development projects. Provide suggestions from a quality perspective for product design, process selection, etc., to ensure that products meet quality goals at the design stage.
2. Develop new product quality assurance plans(QAP), and conduct the Ongoing Reliability Test(ORT), clarify the quality control points, inspection methods, sampling plans, etc. at each stage, and provide quality assurance for the smooth introduction of new products/process into mass production.
3. Follow up the trial production process of new products, conduct full-process quality monitoring of trial products and capability study(Ppk), promptly discover and solve quality problems that arise during the trial production process, record problem points into FMEA, analyze causes and put forward improvement suggestions.
4. Collaborate with the factory's internal production and engineering departments to develop quality standards, inspection specifications and other documents for new products to ensure the accuracy, completeness and effectiveness of quality standards.
5. Responsible for training relevant department personnel on new product quality standards, inspection methods, etc., to ensure that employees understand and master new product quality requirements and can accurately perform inspection work.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Five years or more of quality work experience, preferably in the automotive and electronics industries rich experience in incoming material inspection, quality control and system management
3. Proficient in quality control techniques and methods, with good problem solving and handling capabilities
4. Understand the system requirements of ISO9001/ISO14001 and be able to apply them to daily work
5. Proactive, willing to learn and strong learning ability
6. Able to work under pressure and have a high degree of teamwork spirit
7. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
8. Project quality work experience is preferred.
