Team IntroductionFeishu, as an advanced enterprise collaboration and management platform, is one of ByteDance's important layouts in the B-side and enterprise service fields. Feishu integrates instant communication, calendar, video conferencing, cloud documents, corporate mailbox, and service desk functions to help teams collaborate efficiently and completely bid farewell to scattered multiple systems and fragmented collaboration experience. At the organizational management level, Feishu has also created Feishu OKR, Feishu Recruitment, Feishu Performance and other products to help organizational growth. At present, Feishu has become the first choice of many advanced teams, serving Xiaomi, Wei Xiaoli, China Resources, Yuanqi Forest, Sany Heavy Industry and other companies. 1. Responsible for the technical management, technical planning, and team building of the AI-native dataops R&D team 2. Responsible for the R&D work of multimodal query engines, data processing, data import integration, metadata management and other directions 3. Have control over complex problems, and can promote the implementation of innovative projects and complete PMF.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with data R&D experience preferred 2. Excellent system architecture design capabilities, and in-depth understanding of system technical details 3. In-depth participation in the development of database systems, and in-depth knowledge of related database fields, with experience in relational databases, document databases, key-value databases, etc. as a plus 4. In-depth participation in the development of big data systems, with in-depth knowledge of query engines, data warehouses, and data lakes preferred.
