Senior R&D Engineer - Stability Governance

1. Ensure the stability of ByteDance's online core systems and create an industry-leading high-availability related platform 2. Combined with business scenarios, implement chaos engineering related practices and continuously improve them to support disaster recovery drills for massive users 3. Design and implement a unified fault simulation system covering ByteDance's cloud native infrastructure, middle-office services, and business applications 4. Design and implement risk measurement and automatic inspection of online core systems, and assist the company's business systems in completing anti-fragility design.

1. Proficient in at least one language such as Go/Java/Python, with a solid computer foundation and a deep understanding of concurrent programming 2. Familiar with microservice development or architecture design, with experience in distributed system, middleware, and PaaS platform development 3. Have a certain understanding of cloud native related technologies, such as Container, Kubernetes, Mesh, VPC, etc. 4. Those who have a certain understanding of the same-city multi-active/remote multi-active technology or have relevant capacity building experience are preferred 5. Have a spirit of exploration, a strong sense of responsibility and cooperation, and have excellent learning ability.
