We are looking for you to join our RF design team as a key member. You will be responsible for RF design and testing, debugging for our network communication products.

What You'll Achieve

Join our RF design team, you will be involved in responsibilities related to RF design, testing,debugging and mass production for wireless communication products.

Responsibilities

1. Independently complete circuit design for wireless products to meet customer-specified system requirements.

2. Collaborate with PCB layout engineers to accurately produce files needed for PCB manufacturing that meet all design specification requirements.

3. Work with the factory and provide relevant manufacturing documents to ensure correct production of PCBA products that meet requirements.

4. Independently complete testing of designed wireless products and generate corresponding DVT reports.

5. Conduct in-house pre-scan certification projects and assist products in obtaining certifications and certificates.

6. Independently apply for necessary component part numbers and upload PLM documents required for the project, complete part number applications and BOM creation, and upload project design documents to PLM for record-keeping.

7. Assist with factory defect analysis, identify root causes, and provide corrective action plans.

1. Experience in any of the following communication system RF-related areas is preferred: LTE/5GNR/WiFi/BLE/Zwave/GNSS module, CPE, RRU.

2. Hands-on participation in RF circuit and system design, testing, and pilot production line support. Must maintain enthusiasm and frequently engage in communication or collaborative development and debugging with clients, suppliers, and factories.

3. Proficient in professional knowledge of RF circuit and system design, analysis, testing, and wireless communication architecture.

4. Familiarity with Smith Chart matching, superheterodyne architecture, antenna gain patterns, PA/LNA.

5. More than 1 year of relevant work experience, or fresh graduates with a master's thesis related to wireless communication.
