Key responsibilities

  • Promote key products and services to current and potential clients in both public and private sectors to achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, training, and provide technical support to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Provide case support in the operating theatre (OT) as required
  • Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Utilize market and business intelligence to help develop sales and marketing strategies for existing and new products
  • Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize market share, and meet marketing goals
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams
  • Identify potential business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth

Role requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Biomedical, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Medical, or relevant science disciplines
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, preferably in interventional cardiology and structural heart implantation areas
  • A strong network with physicians is an advantage
  • Good proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal communication, and analytical skills
  • Energetic, passionate, dynamic, independent, and able to work under intense pressure
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients
  • Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, a good team player, and having a positive working attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
