Job Purpose
This position leads and develops Direct To Consumer(DTC) Sales in assigned areas according to plan, objectives and business needs. Business areas focus on but not limit to Fiskars group brands including Royal Copenhagen, Wedgwood, Waterford. Develop sales / business plans in line with Fiskars group DTC strategy to meet net sales & Contribution targets. Work together with Marketing, Wholesale, eCommerce, Logistics and Finance to oversee order fulfilment and delivery to improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchases. Ensure that the global direction for the brands is being executed to covered DTC channels. Develop skills and knowledge of both office and retail shop employees. Frequent negotiations and creating trusty relationship with external stakeholders (Department stores and so on).

Position will be located within Taipei Office
Travelling on as needed basis within Taiwan, Global travel may be needed
Key interfaces and stakeholders
This role will work closely with the local business stakeholders, DTC, Retail, Wholesale, Marketing, and eCommerce team. Working in a collaborative manner with external vendors. Must visit shops on covered area for both purposes, negotiations with external stakeholders and people management of team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a DTC business plan in line with Fiskars group global strategy to resource and deliver activities to meet aggressive revenue & contribution targets.
- Support global DTC initiatives, localising for the market and facilitating new platform changes.
- Develop and nurture a high performing Retail Shop team.
- Local management of consumer experience including content, branding/marketing, performance and functionality in collaboration with the global DTC team.
- Identify, develop and execute brands initiatives to support the growth of the brands.
- Oversee order fulfilment and delivery and improve customer/consumer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
- Direct and manage internal and external sales teams to deliver on strategy and revenue/profit objectives.
- Ensure frontline sales target setting and incentive scheme aligns with group principle also able to encourage counters achieving sales target.
- Set and uphold Fiskars group values, compliance and leadership behaviours (provide direction, inspire people, deliver results together), actively coach and lead the team towards company and individual objectives.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
Education
University Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Skill, Experience & Knowledge
- 8+ years or more in a role with similar responsibilities
- Knowledge and insights into direct consumer needs
- Extensive experience with Retail Business with sales target responsibility & customer focus.
- Experienced in leading complex & transformative initiatives.
- Knowhow and understanding of product & consumer segmentation, consumer and shopper behavior and developing marketing strategies, tools and techniques to drive business and brand.
- Good leadership skills and teamwork skills, nurturing, motivating and managing team with an energetic and entrepreneurial style.
- Results and commercially oriented, analytical and detailed focused and prepared to test and experiment solutions.
Language Skills
- Both English and Taiwanese as daily working languages excellent verbal and written skills required for Taiwanese
