As a mobile middle-end technical expert, cooperate with TikTok's business needs to carry out in-depth business optimization including but not limited to startup speed, installation package size, fluency, resource optimization, network optimization, playback experience, etc. 2. Responsible for the development of the performance monitoring system, including indicators, attribution capabilities and full-link construction of data analysis tools 3. Summarize relevant experience and general solutions, provide technical output to the company and the industry, and enhance the company's overall client R&D strength and technical influence 4. Participate in the application experience optimization cooperation of the company's related self-developed operating system 5. Actively follow up the latest developments in the industry and academia in related fields, verify the feasibility of and promote implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, communication and other related fields, more than 3 years of experience in Android client development, familiar with Android SDK, proficient in one of Java/Kotlin/C++ 2. Candidates with experience in any of the following fields are preferred: (1) Android performance optimization, stability management, APM end monitoring and other related work content (2) Familiar with Android Framework or have done related work content in ROM manufacturers (3) Have rich experience in using Linux perf, Systrace, Perfetto and other tools or custom development (4) Familiar with Linux kernel core modules or have related work, such as task scheduling, memory management, file system and IO, etc. (5) Familiar with virtual machine (ART), drawing rendering (Skia/OpenGL/Vulkan) or have related work 3. Have strong ability to analyze and solve problems, pursue excellence, have strong team awareness, and can actively face pressure 4. Good coding habits, strong service awareness, and outstanding sense of responsibility 5. Excellent team communication and collaboration skills.
