Senior/Senior NLP Algorithm Engineer - Business Middle Office

1. Research, innovate, develop and optimize the most advanced NLP algorithms and models, such as text classification, information extraction, sentiment analysis, etc., and use the latest NLP technologies such as GPT model to improve the accuracy and performance of the model 2. Work closely with product and business teams to quickly iterate and develop NLP model-related applications according to needs, solve business pain points and challenges, and achieve excellent user experience.

1. Rich experience in NLP algorithm and application development, or academic research background in algorithm-related fields, preferably with relevant experience in LLM and other fields 2. Proficient in natural language processing related algorithms and models, familiar with common machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc., able to independently complete the development and optimization of algorithms and models, familiar with LLM related principles and implementation, and able to apply them to actual products 3. Have excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills, able to work closely with product, design and business teams, understand requirements, quickly iterate development and optimize products, and achieve common goals.
