We're building automated trading infrastructure for digital assets and need an exceptional engineer to lead development.
You'll architect and build high-performance systems that can manage 1000+ concurrent trading bots across multiple blockchain networks.
This role focuses on building trading infrastructure, not making trading decisions.
What You'll Build
- Set up listening / crawlers on Twitter/X, Reddit, Discord, and on-chain sources
- Use generic AI models for sentiment classification
- Create secure wallet management and transaction systems across different networks (eth, solana, base, etc)
- Bot orchestration system (1000+ instances) and how to spawn new bots and how to allocate capital effectively to them
- Build real-time monitoring and risk management tools
Required Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Node.js/TypeScript or Python skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Background in distributed systems
- Knowledge of blockchain/Web3 development
- Solid understanding of system architecture
- Excellent English communication
Nice to Have
- Trading systems experience
- MEV or arbitrage background
- Experience with Base, Solana development
- AI/ML system integration experience
