Key Responsibilities:

- Create & maintain business partner account data

- Maintain banking data for business partners

- Govern approval workflow and system configurations in Global Data Management systems (GMACC, SupplierConnect, Data Management Tool, SAP)

- Support end users both internal and external to Apple for Global Data Management tools & systems

- Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are monitored and adhered too.

- Manage urgent work deadlines and high profile deliverables in an efficient manner.

- Communicate and co-ordinate effectively with GBS Ops GPO on projects and process change management.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, co-ordinate and implement automated solutions around routine/repetitive tasks.

- Develop and maintain a knowledge-base for documentation on processes.

- Manage access provision / configuration for Global Data Management systems end users

- Work on a global queue with team members from other sites effectively and efficiently in a daily basis
