Responsibilities
1. Focusing on business growth, make reasonable subsidy resource allocation, establish B- and C-end subsidy effect evaluation standards and monitoring capabilities, and timely review and precipitate effective strategies 2. In-depth business, combined with business growth bottlenecks and potential opportunities, identify reasonable subsidy needs, formulate implementation plans, and link relevant teams to implement 3. Insight into the driving role of different subsidy projects/tools/strategies on business growth and subsidy efficiency, reasonably allocate resources, and improve comprehensive money efficiency 4. Collaborate with products and R&D, optimize activity registration links, enrich marketing tools, and increase business investment.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of Internet operation experience, those with e-commerce, O2O strategy/budget management/business experience are preferred 2. Strong data analysis ability, able to use SQL to retrieve data, and proficient in relevant analysis tools and methods 3. Able to go deep into the business and find problems and opportunities, good at formulating strategies, and coordinate with relevant parties to promote implementation and get results 4. Have good communication and collaboration skills, can efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams, and promote operations to move forward 5. Strong learning ability, good stress resistance and self-drive, and teamwork spirit.
