Senior Strategic Product Manager - Douyin E-commerce

1. Design a dynamic billing strategy system around the experience guarantee service fee charged to merchants, collaborate with service experience operation, industry operation, risk control and other teams, understand business service standards and design charging rules, and be responsible for the rationality of pricing and platform profit and loss 2. In-depth understanding of service experience issues and merchant cost structure under relevant subcategories, different merchant types, seasonal cycles, and marketing nodes, flexibly design billing strategies to ensure merchant acceptance 3. Overall responsible for the design, development and iteration of pricing strategies, building a scientific and effective indicator system, and implementing daily monitoring and analysis mechanisms to drive strategy optimization.

1. More than 5 years of strategic product experience, with billing pricing strategy and Internet insurance actuarial experience preferred 2. Good business and data sensitivity, solid strategy and product basics, able to effectively disassemble and reasonably solve complex problems 3. Strong logic and communication expression, report writing skills 4. Careful and responsible, positive and honest, with team awareness and cooperation spirit.
