Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of the activity strategy system, abstract the activity methodology according to the business goals, improve the achievement path and resource matching plan, refine the activity ROI measurement and business analysis system, and improve the effectiveness of business operation activities 2. In-depth understanding of the business, establish an effective activity path efficiency monitoring and evaluation feedback system, continuously iterate and optimize the strategy, explore new activity gameplay and models, integrate cross-departmental resources, improve the efficiency of activity revenue, support rapid business growth, and achieve revenue goals 3. Responsible for the operation of live broadcast special activities, formulate targeted creative activities based on the platform attributes, complete the overall plan planning and smooth promotion and be able to review the effect of the activity, identify deficiencies, continuously accumulate methodology, continuously optimize the activity plan, and accumulate in activity logic and methodology.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet event planning/strategy operation and analysis/strategy/operation and business analysis/international product user growth is preferred, and experience in live broadcast or pan-entertainment products is a plus 2. Excellent event planning ability, clear activity ideas, good ability to use prototype tools, good at grasping user psychology, and designing effective activity gameplay 3. Excellent data analysis ability, high sensitivity to data, able to understand the reasons behind the data, analyze and summarize the reasons for data changes behind the activities, and think independently and summarize. Experience in SQL, R and Python is preferred 4. Excellent logical thinking, excellent logical understanding and analysis skills, sensitive insight into problems, good at summarizing and generalizing, good at grasping user psychology, strong data analysis skills and good logical thinking skills 5. Strong communication and execution, excellent cross-departmental, team communication and collaboration and project management skills, able to adapt to different types of communication objects, and smoothly promote project implementation team management experience is a plus 6. Fluent English communication, which can be used as a working language.
