Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the ID review of new products, feasibility analysis, risk assessment and output solutions of product structure 2. Carry out structural design from the dimensions of product function, usage experience, production and assembly feasibility and reliability requirements, and independently undertake the structural design of the whole machine 3. Follow up the project from product structure design, prototype confirmation, mold proofing, trial production, sample signing, mass production and other links, and solve abnormal problems in the process be responsible for the guidance of production assembly, provide on-site technical support, and make optimization suggestions for production line assembly 4. Lead the review meetings of various links such as structure, mold opening, mold repair, trial production, etc. follow up the mold opening and mold repair process throughout, and provide technical assistance for mold opening and mold repair 5. Output product-related technical information: 3D drawings, parts drawings, exploded views, BOM tables, test reports, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated in mechanical design, mechatronics, mold design or other related majors 2. Proficient in PRO/E, Creo, Solidworks and other drawing software, proficient in Office software 3. Familiar with electronic product structure design, with more than 5 years of experience in consumer electronic product design, and have unique insights into structure design 4. Familiar with commonly used hardware, plastic material properties, surface technology and structural design familiar with injection molding, silicone, sheet metal, casting, profiles and other mold processes mold design experience is preferred 5. Good at communication and teamwork awareness 6. Have the ability to analyze and solve problems, open-minded, innovative, and can provide technical assistance to colleagues.
