About The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Operations Associate will play a critical role in optimizing our recruitment processes, managing data and technology, and ensuring compliance with best practices. This position will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Streamline recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the hiring process.
- Data Management and Reporting: Manage and analyze recruitment data, generating reports on key metrics such as time to fill, source of hire, and candidate quality.
- Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring alignment with user needs.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements, developing and maintaining best practices for hiring and candidate management.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to recruiters and hiring managers on recruitment tools and processes, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.
- Budget and Resource Management: Assist in managing the talent acquisition budget, monitoring expenditures related to recruitment marketing and technology.
- Candidate Experience Enhancement: Analyze candidate feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance the candidate experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Project Management: Manage specific talent acquisition projects, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Market Insight: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to provide insights that inform talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations or HR operations.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards related to recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
