Senior Talent Operation Expert (Instant Retail) - Douyin E-commerce

1. Responsible for the talent operation platform of the hourly delivery business, including but not limited to the introduction of talents, scale growth and growth transition, responsible for the overall talent scale, content output and ecological health 2. Explore the talent growth path of the hourly delivery business, work closely with the instant retail industry, continue to explore the talent realization model, and help talents enhance their revenue capabilities 3. Manage and incubate benchmark talents, create regional influential Dabo and talent short video cases, and help Douyin's hourly business convey minds 4. Plan talent content and online activities, continuously track the performance of talent operations, and enhance the activity and trust of talents.

1. More than 5 years of operational work experience, with experience in live e-commerce, local life, content platform talent operation or strategy experience preferred 2. Have team management experience, have a global perspective, have strong self-driving force, and be goal-oriented 3. Be sensitive to transaction data, and have good data analysis and logic skills 4. Have excellent negotiation and communication skills and the ability to deal with complex situations, and be able to build goals with cross-departmental teams and get support.
