Team Introduction
GoFreight is a cloud-based platform designed for the international freight forwarding and logistics industry. Responsibilities
- Provide online training for U.S. customers on system usage.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and explaining product operations.
- Clarify customer needs and resolve issues via email, phone, or online meetings.
- Become proficient in the product's features, functions, and common troubleshooting methods.
- Understand clients business logic and operational processes.
- Categorize and escalate customer issues to relevant departments.
- Cross-department collaboration, and efficiently manage and track customer inquiries.
Working Hours
- This is a night shift position working from home, aligned with Pacific Standard Time. The corresponding working hours in Taiwan are:
- Winter: 01:00 - 10:00 (or 04:00 - 13:00)
- Summer: 00:00 - 09:00 (or 03:00 - 12:00)
- Onboarding will take place in the Taipei office (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00). Upon successful completion, you will begin working from home and follow the working hours above.
- Since we serve U.S. clients, we follow the U.S. national holidays. However, the total number of holidays will follow the regulations of Taiwan. If U.S. holidays fall short of the Taiwan standard, additional days off will be provided.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or relevant professions.
- Strong English and Chinese communication skills (spoken and written). We serve global clients, and English is the primary language.
- Commitment to improving workflows and working efficiently.
- High sense of responsibility and comfortable with pressure.
- Patient and detail oriented, capable of managing complex tasks.
- Strive for efficiency without relying too heavily on SOPs, providing customer support without relying on rigid, scripted, or inflexible processes.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with common technical issues in computer and network environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and narrow down technical problems.
- Proficient in SaaS products such as Google Workspace, ZenDesk (or Salesforce/Intercom), and HubSpot.
Preferred (at least two of the following)
- 2-year experience in freight forwarding.
- B2B software account management experience.
- Technical documentation in both Chinese and English.
- Basic understanding of software or full-stack web development.
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices is a plus.

Salary
NTD 60,000 100,000 (or USD 1,800 3,100) per month (depending on skills and experience), with night shift allowance included.
