Senior Test Development Engineer - E-commerce Search

1. Responsible for the quality of Douyin e-commerce search business, participate in the project process, formulate test plans and test strategies, check the key points of each project, and effectively ensure the quality of the product line 2. Participate in the effect testing of the algorithm, and participate in the research and development of product line-specific test frameworks or test tools 3. Research new technologies, develop test frameworks and test tools, and improve test efficiency.

1. Master basic testing theory and development skills 2. Good communication and teamwork skills 3. Proficient in common Linux operations, familiar with one or more languages such as Python, Go, C++, Java, etc. 4. Understand statistics, machine learning, data mining, common algorithm index evaluation (AUC/ROC/F1) and AB experiments, and those who use machine learning methods for quality analysis and quality assurance are preferred.
