Senior Test Development Engineer - Feishu (Hangzhou/Beijing)

1. Deeply participate in project quality assurance work, and collaborate with product, R&D, and user feedback teams to deliver high-quality products 2. Actively participate in quality system planning and construction 3. Improve quality and efficiency issues in the R&D process, be able to put forward clear improvement suggestions, and promote improvements 4. Track and analyze online and offline defects, and be able to actively propose quality improvement plans and complete implementation 5. Have strong awareness of test automation and tooling, and be able to find the most appropriate technical solutions in combination with the business and implement them.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, software engineering and other related majors 2. Rich experience in problem discovery, location and problem solving 3. Have passion for products, have excellent product awareness, and be able to actively find improvements in products 4. Quickly adapt and learn, and be highly committed to quality and efficiency work 5. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
