Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the quality assurance of Feishu low code platform related businesses, ensuring efficient and orderly business testing, including participating in requirements analysis, design review, formulating test plans, organizing the test process, designing and executing test cases, conducting defect tracking, quality analysis and testability optimization, etc. 2. Responsible for establishing an efficient and collaborative project process with the product and R&D teams, controlling project progress, identifying and resolving process risks, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery 3. Responsible for identifying low efficiency or high risk points by combining R&D code architecture and in-depth understanding of business, and improving engineering quality and testing efficiency through special projects and tools.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in computer science, software engineering, applied mathematics, etc. are preferred 2. Proficient in at least one programming language, including but not limited to: Java, OC, C, C++, Python, Go, PHP, JS 3. Have rich experience in business quality construction, can independently analyze business risks and problems and develop effective solutions 4. Have strong logical thinking ability, certain stress resistance, good teamwork communication ability and conflict management ability 5. Have process optimization and innovation awareness, and can actively improve product quality and testing efficiency through technical means 6. Have relevant experience in low-code platforms are preferred.
