Responsible for the quality assurance of Android/iOS/Web/PC/server side of multi-person live broadcast and game live broadcast business in TikTok live broadcast scene 2. Deeply participate in the product development process, and collaborate with product and R&D teams to deliver products with high quality and efficiency 3. Promote the construction of quality system and improve the quality and efficiency of R&D through the introduction of advanced theoretical technologies in the industry and independent innovation 4. Design reasonable technical solutions based on business characteristics, introduce and improve internal/external test framework platforms or develop new test tool platforms to improve test quality and efficiency 5. Guide and lead junior/intermediate students to jointly implement relevant special testing work, such as: client performance, server performance, interface testing, stability testing, automation testing, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in computer science or related majors 1. Ability to independently control the quality assurance work of any direction of mobile/web/PC/server 2. Proficiency in any language such as Java/C/C++/Go/Python, and good technical ability 3. Systematic practical experience in any direction such as client performance, server stress testing, automation testing, stability testing, streaming media testing, etc. 4. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to actively promote continuous improvement of the project and bring all parties together to achieve common goals 5. Bonus points: basic English expression skills, overseas study or project experience.
