Senior Test Development Engineer (Performance Special)

1. Responsible for performance testing of 3D UGC products, performance problem analysis and positioning, optimization promotion, performance degradation prevention, etc. 2. Follow up on technical requirements related to Unity engine and rendering pipeline, cooperate in performance comparison and verification, and improve project technology selection 3. Responsible for the development of performance testing tools and platforms to improve test efficiency and quality 4. Build and improve the performance guarantee system of UGC products, accumulate relevant experience and methodology, improve performance evaluation plans, and iterate performance standards.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related majors are preferred, and those familiar with Unity or front-end 3D rendering are preferred 2. Have certain coding skills and be familiar with at least one programming language such as C#/Python/Go/Js 3. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, excellent communication and collaboration skills and problem-solving skills 4. Those with 3 years or more of client performance special testing and performance optimization experience are preferred 5. Have process optimization and innovation awareness, and can actively improve product quality and testing efficiency through technical means.
