Senior Tik Tok User Operation Manager - Graphics

1. Responsible for the dissemination of independent content on Tik Tok graphics and texts. Combining user insights, content features and market conditions, refine the dissemination points and user communication strategies of various types of content, implement online and offline dissemination methods, and establish new and old users awareness of brand content. 2. Work closely with the content operation team, based on dissemination and user feedback, continuously iterate content supply and dissemination strategies, and strengthen users differentiated perception of brand content. 3. Responsible for the communication of Douyin's independent graphic and text authors, and realize brand communication by extracting and amplifying the value of author groups and single-point authors.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of community user operation/user growth/marketing growth/content planning experience is preferred 2. Have strong user understanding and business insight, as well as data sensitivity, structured thinking, strong self-drive, and can actively discover and solve problems through data 3. Have good active learning, teamwork, data analysis skills, result-oriented, have a sense of ownership and self-drive, and have a passion for the content industry/community products.
