About Your Next Opportunity

HTC is seeking a Senior UI Designer (Web) to join our growing global marketing team.

The preferred candidate should be a collaborative team member capable of motivating, leading, and offering direction and training to members of the design team.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Generate original artwork and meticulously review drafts from designers to ensure the production of high-quality work.
• Actively promote the company's vision by creating compelling graphic content.
• Stay updated on industry developments, including trends, styles, AI tools, and software advancements.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetic skills and meticulous attention to visual details.
• Provide constructive feedback, share knowledge, and offer guidance to team members for continuous improvement.
• Safeguard and uphold the company's brand value across all design projects.
• Foster collaboration with other team members to enhance overall project outcomes.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
• 8+ years of proven experience as a UI/Graphic Designer.
• Expertise in webpage design, product-only and lifestyle key visuals.
• Proficient in creating designs using AI tools.
• In-depth knowledge of digital/graphic design, encompassing various styles and techniques.
• Successful track record in implementing effective marketing campaigns.
• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing completed design projects.
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Ziplin, etc.).
• Strong aesthetic skills, and adept at harmonizing colors, fonts, and layouts.
• Meticulous attention to visual details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team.
